The best I’ve seen was just one word – Enthusiast. When I first saw it on someone’s profile, I found myself wondering what they were so enthusiastic about. Then it hit me – who cares? This person was loudly proclaiming they bring enthusiasm and passion to what they do. If you have spent any time managing people, you quickly realize these traits are essential in a star performer. As a bonus, people like this tend to be fun to work with.
