An Ode to Facts

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫*

Decisions should be based on facts, not assumptions or perceptions. However, this comes with a warning. Decision velocity matters as well. Too much time spent trying to gather facts can be paralyzing. It’s a dance.

Decisions are made and actions are initiated based on reason. A particular objective(s) and set of circumstances. When those circumstances materially change, we should reevaluate the decision or action.
