The Terrible Two (words that is)

Everyone must feel free to express their ideas, concerns and failures. Open, constructive and respectful conversations need to happen regardless of position or level in the organization. You must never hesitate to provide feedback, ask a question, suggest a way to make things better or tell your manager something isn’t going well. It’s the only way to make things better.

𝐎𝐫𝐒𝐠𝐒𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲

This is the cultural element I fail at most often, usually out of fear of hurting someone’s feelings. Inevitably making things worse in the long run. Saying the thing that is hard to say is disproportionately challenging and disproportionately rewarding (although it might not feel like that at the time). π’π’ππž 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 – how you say it matters too.
