The Laffer Curve.

In its more abstract form, the Laffer curve reminds us that more of a beneficial thing is not always better. Beyond a certain point, strengths can become weakness. This understanding is fundamental for self-awareness and growth.

It’s also a useful construct when making decisions about allocating resources at work. Always ask yourself if you are at a point on the curve where doing more of something will help or cause problems. A classic example is process, some is necessary and beneficial to an organization. Too much has the opposite effect.
