Well, that was a day. You’re facing a challenging deadline for a key project, a critical team member is having a difficult time and someone used ýour “World’s Greatest……” mug again.
How best to deal with this, or any other, work stress? Resort to the troublesome trinity of temptation (eating, drinking and online shopping)? That’s never the right answer. Instead, turn to that essential member of your emotional support team. Who is always there and always ready with unconditional love. And the occasional lick.
