Confession of a first time poster

Welcome to my initial foray into the sparkly maelstrom of content generation.

The first posts are about the 15 cultural elements I believe help make organizations great. Amusingly, I resisted codifying a company’s culture or values throughout my career. Values, to me, come more from leadership’s actions than a sterile list. Why the change? The pandemic, in particular the abrupt change to remote and hybrid work, made it harder for people, particularly those that are new to an organization, to understand a company’s culture. When circumstances changed, I changed my mind.
